Expats playing vital role in strengthening economy: Qamar

Syed Qamar Raza, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) has held a meeting with Mr. Ishaq Dar, Honourable Deputy Prime Minister in his office at Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss and seek his guidance for resolution of matters concerning overseas Pakistanis. Syed Qamar Raza, Chairman BOG informed him about his commitment to prioritizing the resolution of issues of expatriates in line with the Prime Minister’s vision.
The Honourable Deputy Prime Minister while appreciating the steadfast commitment of Syed Qamar Raza, has reiterated that Government is according priority to overseas Pakistanis and is determent to redress their grievances on priority. He also acknowledged the vital role being played by overseas Pakistanis in strengthening national economy through their remittances.
The Honourable Deputy Prime Minister assured Syed Qamar Raza of his and Ministry of Foreign Affairs all out support and cooperation in addressing the grievances of expatriates.
