AC reserves judgment on plea seeking transferring of case
ISLAMABAD
Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has reserved judgment on the plea seeking transferring of Toshakhana vehicles reference against president Asif Zardari, former prime ministers Nawaz Sharif and Yousuf Raza Gillani and others to other court.
Judgment will be announced on November 21.
Judge inquired what had happened in PTI founder case.
The lawyers told the court that challan had come in this case therefore, it was transferred to the court.
Toshakhana vehicles case came up for hearing in AC Islamabad led by judge Abida Sajjad.
Judge remarked NAB has filed its reply.
Counsel Farooq H Naik said copies have not been provided to us.
The judge remarked while moving to Farooq H Naik I had issued directives then as to why the copies have not been provided to you.
NAB reply was provided to Farooq H Naik by court’s staff.

Judge remarked NAB was saying verbally case be sent to special judge central. I directed give it in writing.
Counsel Farooq H Naik said case be sent to FIA which should send it to court. Challan has not been presented in this case so far.
Deputy DG NAB while objecting over sending the case to NAB said how the agency will examine it.
Counsel Farooq H Naik told the court this case was registered under NAB section-9 and statements were also recorded. Inquiry will be conducted again in this case and only agency will hold inquiry.
The counsels for Nawaz Sharif , Yousuf Raza Gillani and others agreed to arguments from Farooq H Naik.
The court reserved judgment on sending the case to FIA or special judge central.
The reserved judgment will be announced on November 21.
