Court issues non bailable arrest warrants of CM KP

Warrant against provincial chief executive issued in case pertaining to arms and liquor recovery
ISLAMABAD
Civil judge Shaista Khan Kundi has issued non bailable arrest warrants of KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in liquor case.
Case regarding recovery of arms and liquor against CM KP came up for hearing in district and sessions court Wednesday.
Case was heard by civil Judge Shaista Khan.
The court while rejecting exemption from attendance plea of KP CM on medical grounds issued his non-bailable arrest warrants.
The court ordered SHO Bhara Kahu police station to arrest Ali Amin Gandapur Thursday and present him before it.
On the other hand Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has adjourned till September 10 hearing of bail before arrest plea of Ali Amin Gandapur without any proceedings.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC heard the bail before arrest plea of Ali Amin Gandapur in the case registered against him under terrorism clauses.
Raja Zahoor ul Hassain advocate appeared on behalf of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Presenting the medical certificate of CM KP, counsel Zahoor ul Hassan told the court he is indisposed, therefore, he could not appear in the court. He has trouble in the leg and doctors have advised one week rest to him. Flood has come in KP. CM KP was on visit to review the flood situation. Suddenly his foot slipped and trouble started in his leg. It is requested to court to adjourn the hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing till September 21.
