We will go for talks with those who have decision power: IK

PTI founder Imran Khan has said he is already for talks and has never refused to talk.
“We will talk to them who have decision power. if I am appointed chancellor of Oxford University then it will be matter of honor for Pakistan , he said this in an informal talk with the journalists in Adiala jail here Monday.
