\nAssistant Commissioner(AC) , Landi Kotal Inamullah Khan Wazir,flanked by superintendent Abdullah Khan, visited the Landi Kotal sub jail on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha to share the festive spirit with inmates and jail staff.
\nDuring the visit, the AC interected with the prisnors, distributed sweets among them and extended Eid greetings to them.
\nHe also conveyed his best wishes and emphasized the importance of remembering all segments of society during religious festivals.
\nSpeaking on the occasion, Inamullah Wazir said that Eid teaches the values of compassion, unity, and care for others, adding that prisoners should also be included in the celebrations so that they do not feel isolated from society.
\nThe jail administration appreciated the visit and thanked the AC for expressing solidarity with inmates during Eid celebrations.
\nSimilarly he paid visit to various security checkpoints in Landi Kotal on the occasion of Eid ul-Adha and distributed sweets among security forces personnel to celebrate the religious festival.
\nDuring the visit, the AC extended Eid greetings to the security officials, performing security duties.
\nHe appreciated their sacrifices and commitment to maintaining peace in the region during the festive days.
\nHe also praised the role of security forces in ensuring law and order and expressed good wishes for their continued success and safety.
