Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), operating under the Ministry of Housing and Works, has dismissed reports circulating on social media and in sections of the press claiming that Sectors F-12 and G-12 will be launched next month.
\nIn an official statement issued by FGEHA, the authority stated that both sectors fall under its jurisdiction and are currently in the initial technical phases. It emphasized that all legal and administrative requirements will be fulfilled before any formal launch is announced.
\nThe statement further noted that formal approval from the Executive Board will be obtained prior to the launch. It added that landowners, local residents, and other stakeholders will be taken into confidence, and all matters will be finalized in consultation with the community.
\nTalking to APP, a spokesperson for FGEHA said that the authority has issued a clear statement that, as of now, no final date has been set for the launch of Sectors F-12 and G-12, reiterating that the projects remain in the technical stages.
\nThe spokesperson urged the public to rely only on official sources for updates and to refrain from spreading or believing unverified information circulating on social media and other platforms. He added that any formal announcement regarding the launch will be made through authorized channels at an appropriate time.
\nFGEHA also assured that the rights and interests of local residents will be fully protected throughout the process.
\nThe spokesperson further stated that Sector F-12 may be launched separately, or both sectors could be introduced simultaneously; however, no final decision has been made so far.
