The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Monday engaged with Qatari investors to explore potential investment in Islamabad\u2019s hospitality sector, amid what officials described as a growing demand for high-end accommodation in the federal capital.<\/p>\n
The virtual meeting, held at CDA headquarters, was chaired by CDA Chairman and Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, and attended by senior board members and officials.<\/p>\n
During the session, CDA officials highlighted investment prospects in the hotel industry, particularly the need for additional five-star facilities.<\/p>\n
They said the current number of such hotels in Islamabad falls short of meeting rising demand driven by diplomatic activity and tourism.<\/p>\n
