Messages of support poured in, hailing Pakistan\u2019s role in the Kashmiris\u2019 struggle for freedom.<br \/>\nAccording to Kashmir Media Service, Hurriyat leaders and Muslim Student Federation extended heartfelt greetings to the people and government of Pakistan.<br \/>\nIn a joint statement, APHC leaders, Fayaz Hussain Jafari and Syed Sibt Shabbir Qummi prayed for the country\u2019s progress, prosperity, and stability.<br \/>\nThe leaders, Fayaz Hussain Jafari and Syed Sibt Shabbir Qummi, stated that Pakistan, born on the blessed night of 27th Ramzan, is the center of hopes and aspirations for the entire Muslim Ummah, including Kashmiris under Indian occupation.<br \/>\nThey emphasized the strong and unbreakable bond between Jammu Kashmir and Pakistan, rooted in Islam. They condemned India\u2019s occupation of a large part of Jammu Kashmir, saying it\u2019s against the principles of partition, and that Kashmiris are making immense sacrifices for Pakistan.<br \/>\nMuslim Students Federation (MSF) President Dr Qamar-uz-Zaman Zargar, in a statement issued in Srinagar, said Pakistan holds significant political importance in the Muslim world and remains a center of hope not only for the Muslims of the subcontinent but for oppressed people across the globe.<br \/>\nHe said unparalleled sacrifices were made for the creation of Pakistan, adding that the country has proven to be a great blessing for Muslims. He also expressed gratitude to Pakistan for its continued political, diplomatic and moral support to the Kashmir cause.<br \/>\nHe said that Kashmiris consider Pakistan and its defence forces as their saviours and protectors, with Pakistan committed to supporting their struggle till freedom from Indian occupation.<br \/>\nDr Qamar-uz-Zaman Zargar reiterated that Kashmiris\u2019 freedom struggle is a continuation of the Pakistan Movement, quoting Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah\u2019s terming of Kashmir as the \u201cJugular Vein\u201d of Pakistan.
