\nPersistent violations by Afghan Taliban following Doha agreement has plunged Afghanistan into intense instability and regional stability has been put at stake., says a detailed report of international magazine Fair Observer.
\nReport said Taliban occupied Kabul through use of force instead of pursuing path of political dialogue which was contrary to the spirit of the agreement.
\nThe efforts by US representative Zalmay Khalilzad for presenting Taliban as moderate and trusted force also came under criticism.
\nAccording to report diplomatic strategy could not conform to ground realities due to which the elementary weaknesses of Doha agreement became exposed.
\nThousands of the prisoners who were released under agreement rejoined Taliban which was declared a blatant violation. The pledges made in regard to the anti terrorism could not prove effective and Afghan land remained under use of extremist groups still.
\nThe report disclosed Taliban gave shelter to the extremist organizations instead of stopping them.
\nPresence of Ayman Al Zawahri in Kabul made the claims of the Taliban more suspicious.
\nPresence of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and Alqaeda still persists in Afghanistan which poses a big security challenge to the regional security.
\nAccording to report several countries including Pakistan are facing the threat of across the border terrorism due to Taliban policies while Afghanistan is turning into safe haven for the extremist groups gradually.
\nSeveral talks between Pakistan and Taliban including talks held in Riyadh could not reach any conclusion because Taliban had refused to accept monitoring system.
\nAccording to Fair Observer Doha agreement has failed due to lack of effective implementation and this failure has turned Afghanistan into possible hub of international terrorism.
