\nFormer Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur has categorically rejected rumors about parting ways with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), reaffirming his unwavering loyalty to the party and its leadership.
\nIn a statement, Ali Amin said that what he termed as fascism against PTI was not new but has been continuing for a long time.
\nTalking to media persons in DI Khan, he said PTI founder Imran Khan was facing unjust imprisonment and fabricated cases, while the Constitution and rule of law were being openly violated.
\nHe alleged that Imran Khan was being denied justice and that such actions amounted to making a mockery of democratic norms.
\nAli Amin Gandapur strongly condemned what he described as undemocratic measures and demanded that if family meetings were being scheduled, Imran Khan should also be allowed to meet his family.
\nReferring to recent political developments, he said Sohail Afridi was like a brother to him and was now serving as Chief Minister, adding that the projects initiated during his tenure were still ongoing.
\nHe reiterated his unwavering loyalty to PTI, stating that he would remain with the party as long as he lived and was not afraid of anyone. \u201cWherever I go, I go openly and take responsibility for my actions,\u201d he said.
\nThe former chief minister also dismissed reports about his meeting with Yousaf Raza Gilani and the Governor of Punjab, terming them baseless propaganda. He urged political actors to focus on public service rather than engaging in what he called propaganda and political drama.
