\nThe Agri-Business and Linkage Building Festival 2025 was organized in Tharparkar by Sadabahar Social Enterprise in collaboration with the International Trade Centre (ITC) under the GRASP Project, to promote agricultural entrepreneurship and strengthen market linkages in the region.
\nAssistant Commissioner Nagarparkar Erum Kareem Narejo inaugurated the festival and visited stalls featuring agricultural products, livestock items, seeds, handicrafts, traditional foods, and locally made goods.
\nNotables and social activists Shehnaz Kapadia, Karim Dino Dall, Noor Muhammad Dall, Saleem Samijo, Dr. Bashir, Riaz Ahmed Rajar, Mushtaq Umrani, Ameer Bux Abasi, Kashif Siddiqui, Dr. Wasdev Chandani, Imtiaz Ahmed, Shabana, Imran Bughio, and Riaz Ahmed Shaikh were among the participants.
\nRepresentatives from various Social Enterprise Platforms (SEPs) across Sindh \u2014 including Muhammad Ishaq, Abdul Razaque Abrejo, Jahan Khan Laghari, and Abida Parveen \u2014 shared their initiatives and discussed ways to enhance collaboration between rural producers and markets.
\nSpeaking on the occasion, the organizers said the festival aimed to empower local farmers and rural entrepreneurs by providing market exposure, networking opportunities, and technical guidance. They added that such initiatives are vital for promoting sustainable agriculture, improving livelihoods, and fostering innovation in Tharparkar\u2019s agriculture and livestock sectors.
