Participants begin with foundational online courses on solar systems and photovoltaic (PV) technology before advancing to practical sessions assessed by LONGi\u2019s technical team.<br \/>\nA dedicated online platform serves as the central hub for this learning journey, offering a suite of interactive courses and certification resources. Certified participants gain access to benefits such as visibility on LONGi\u2019s installer platform, inclusion in an exclusive whitelist of approved installers, and priority access to training events and project opportunities.<br \/>\nThe Elite Installer Program recognizes top-performing professionals who consistently use LONGi\u2019s high-efficiency modules, including the Hi-MO X10 series. Installers can submit data from their completed projects for ranking based on total installed capacity between January 1 and November 21, 2025. The top eight performers will receive cash rewards and national recognition for their contributions to advancing solar technology in Pakistan.<br \/>\nOutstanding installers will also have opportunities to attend LONGi\u2019s annual gala and participate in an exclusive visit to the company\u2019s headquarters in China, deepening their engagement with the brand\u2019s global innovation ecosystem.
