{"id":86370,"date":"2025-09-06T10:04:40","date_gmt":"2025-09-06T05:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nabanews.pk\/en\/?p=86370"},"modified":"2025-09-06T10:04:40","modified_gmt":"2025-09-06T05:04:40","slug":"secp-mobilink-bank-sign-mou-to-facilitate-corporate-account-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nabanews.pk\/en\/secp-mobilink-bank-sign-mou-to-facilitate-corporate-account-opening\/","title":{"rendered":"SECP, Mobilink Bank sign MoU to facilitate corporate account opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (Mobilink Bank) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at simplifying and expediting the process of opening corporate bank accounts for companies registered with SECP.<br \/>\nThis strategic collaboration is designed to promote transparency, efficiency and regulatory compliance, while also contributing to the broader national agenda of improving ease of doing business in Pakistan.<br \/>\nThe MOU was signed by Muzzafar Ahmed Mirza, Commissioner, SECP and  Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary, President, Mobilink Bank, in the presence of Chairperson SECP, Akif Saeed and other senior officials from both sides, said a press release on Friday.<br \/>\nUnder the MOU, the collaboration will progress in two distinct phases.
