\nChief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has appeared in court in recovery of arms and liquor case and the court has cancelled his arrest warrants following his appearance.
\nRecovery of arms and liquor case against CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad Tuesday.
\nThe court released guarantor of Ali Amin Gandapur besides withdrawing show cause notice.
\nJudicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti heard the case.
\nRaja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur said we will not record our statement under 342 today. Court should hear arguments on acquittal plea first. Order is there in this regard.
\nJudge Mubashar Hassan Chishti said \u201c ok , start your arguments first. I am hearing.
\nDefence counsel said I can not give arguments today. I need five hours at least.
\nJudge Mubashar Hassan Chishti said questionnaire under 342 will be provided to you today at 3 p.m.
\nAli Amin Gandapur said \u201c Sir I had not come on 21 because there were Senate elections. I am voter as well alongside chief minister.
\nJudge Mubashar Hassan Chishti said we had given option. You would have got recorded your statement online.
\nAli Amin Gandapur said I had come Online. There is net issue of court.
\nThe court allowed Ali Amin Gandapur to go.
\nAn interval till 3 p.m was announced during hearing of the case.
\nAli Amin Gandapur appeared in the court along with his counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan.
\nCase is registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in police station Bhara Kahu.
\nTalking to media men on the occasion of his appearance in district courts, Ali Amjn Gandapur said what situation is, PTI founder is fighting war in this regard. These false and fabricated cases were running far before.
\nAli Amin Gandapur said we always present ourselves before law. We are not worried due to such appearances. People will come out from every district and every constituency on August 5.
\nHe indicated this case is running against him since 2016. There is nothing in the case which has been made against me. When case was instituted I was neither present there nor was it my vehicle.
