Chief Justice (CJ) of PHC S.M Attique Shah and justice Faheem Wali remarked during the hearing of the case commissioner Malakand division and other respective officers should appear in person. CJ said 17 lives were lost due to negligence. Why the tourists were not rescued on time. Why the steps were not taken for safety of the tourists.<br \/>\nWhy weren\u2019t safety jackets provided to tourists through drones? Who is responsible for managing river safety and tourist areas<br \/>\nAdvocate General (AG) KP said operation has been started against encroachments in Swat.
