Federal Minister Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON Engineer Amir Muqam, on Friday held an important meeting with PML-N presidents and key party leaders from the merged districts of the former FATA.
\nDuring the meeting, the delegation briefed Engineer Amir Muqam who is also PML-N President Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on the major issues affecting the region.
\nMuqam listened attentively and expressed strong support for their concerns, declaring the demands \u201ccompletely valid\u201d and reaffirming his commitment to addressing them.
\n\u201cThe well-being of the people in the merged districts is our priority. I am dedicated to offering every possible assistance. These districts have a distinct identity and significance,\u201d Muqam stated.
\nThe delegation expressed full confidence in Engineer Amir Muqam\u2019s leadership and praised his continued efforts to resolve longstanding issues and promote the welfare of the people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
\nMuqam highlighted that the federal government, under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, is prioritizing the development and support of the merged districts.
\nThe meeting was attended by prominent PML-N figures from across the merged districts, including former MNAs Malik Nazir and Malik Spingul, Senior Vice President Inayat Khan, Coordinator Zar Khan Safi, Faqir Muhammad, Gul Karim, Malik Shaban Orakzai, Sanaullah, Abdul Karim Abid, Mir Badshah Jandola, Saeed Duraz Khan, Kashif Khan, Naqeebullah Mehsud, and Akhtar Zaman.
