\nOpposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Omar Ayub Khan has said all played forceful role against PPP dacoity on Indus river water.
\nAsif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Zardari had sold water of river Indus in connivance with establishment. All including opposition parties, lawyers community and Halim Adil Sheikh deserve for tributes on \u201cSAVE INDUS River Movement, he said this in a statement with reference to controversial canals of river Indus here Tuesday.
\nWe had raised voice in parliament six months before that robbery has been committed on river Indus water. Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Zardari had sold out water of river Indus in complicity with establishment, he added.
\nHe went on to say robbery on river Indus water was allowed in ECNEC meeting a few years before the election. It was allowed in the meeting of ECNEC that water of river Indus will be stolen and given to Cholistan.
\nHe pointed out that Asif Ali Zardari presided over meeting in the name of Green Pakistan initiative on July 8, 2024. Asif Ali Zardari gave permission in this meeting. We have presented its documents. We stand as iron wall for defence of river Indus water.
\nThe decision for carving out canals from river Indus has been deferred in CCI meeting now. It is feared PPP will allow dacoity on river Indus water once again.
