Despite successfully defending all 12 of Ankalaev\u2019s takedown attempts, Pereira expressed frustration over his opponent\u2019s approach.<br \/>\n\u201cOf course, it\u2019s not the result I wanted,\u201d Pereira said on his YouTube channel. \u201cWe were confident for this fight. I was well. I trained hard. Some things happened, of course, but I don\u2019t want to give excuses. I know we\u2019ll have the rematch.\u201d<br \/>\nPereira has yet to review the fight but noted that many people questioned the decision. \u201cI haven\u2019t watched the fight yet.
