\nChief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir has urged Pakistan\u2019s youth to prioritise their duties and self-responsibility over engaging in baseless criticism, the state-run Radio Pakistan broadcaster reported on Sunday.
\nAddressing students at the CMH Institute of Medical Sciences in Bahawalpur, Gen Munir emphasised the importance of academic excellence and equipping young people with the skills to contribute to national development.
\nThe army chief praised the youth\u2019s role in shaping Pakistan\u2019s future and reiterated the army\u2019s commitment to supporting initiatives that empower young talent.
\nGen Asim Munir cautioned that false narratives were being spread to undermine the state\u2019s efforts against terrorism.
\nDuring the visit, the army chief also inaugurated the Innovista Cholistan project and the Integrated Combat Simulator Arena, which ISPR described as key steps in advancing medical education, information technology, and combat readiness.
\nEarlier, upon his arrival, the COAS was received by the Bahawalpur Corps commander. During his visit, General Munir addressed officers and troops, commending their dedication, high morale, and combat readiness.
