There are no limitless powers for transferring judges under clause-1 of article 200.<br \/>\n5 judges filed representation petition against seniority in IHC Thursday.<br \/>\n13 different requests have been made in petition. Among them request has been made to prevent three judges including justice Sarfraz Dogar from working.<br \/>\nThe petitioners have taken plea powers of president be linked to approval of Judicial Commission (JC).<br \/>\nRe-organization of administrative committee and departmental promotion committees of IHC has also been challenged.<br \/>\nReview process of list of IHC judges has been challenged.<br \/>\nThe petition said representation was filed against appointment of justice Sarfraz Dogar as senior puisne judge in seniority.<br \/>\nPetition has been filed in SC under article 184 (3).<br \/>\nWhile raising the question on powers of president in petition it was requested SC should maintain president does not enjoy limitless powers regarding transfer of judges under article 200 (1).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD Five judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC) have filed petition in Supreme Court (SC) against seniority.
