Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government spokesperson Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif has strongly condemned the recent transfers in the Islamabad High Court, stating that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) stands with the legal fraternity against this decision.
\nIn a press statement here on Tuesday, Barrister Saif said that the transfer of judges disrupts the justice system and alleged that appointing junior judges while bypassing senior ones was an attempt to manipulate \u201cjudicial independence\u201d in the country.
\nBarrister Saif criticized the country\u2019s political elite, accusing them of undermining the judiciary\u2019s autonomy and turning courts into political battlegrounds.
\nHe claimed that lawyers, journalists, and politicians have taken to the streets in protest against what he termed as the \u201cillegal decisions\u201d of the current government.
