ISLAMABAD
\nChief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir issued a stern warning, stating that the armed forces are well aware of those playing a \u201cdouble game\u201d and are fully prepared to defeat them.
\nAccording to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Munir made these remarks during his visit to Balochistan, where he was briefed on the province\u2019s security situation. Senior security and intelligence officials were also present.
\nThe Army Chief visited the Combined Military Hospital to inquire about the well-was of injured personnel, lauding their unwavering courage and dedication in the line of duty.
\nAddressing troops, General Munir declared, \u201cWe are fully aware of those who play double games. The so-called friends who act as enemies will be defeated at all costs. We are prepared to pay any price for the defence of our motherland.\u201d
\nThe COAS further emphasised the military\u2019s resolve, stating, \u201cWe will continue to pursue you whenever necessary. We know well the facilitators of foreign agendas.\u201d He criticized individuals with \u201cdual standards,\u201d saying, \u201cThey pledge loyalty to the crown while secretly colluding with thieves. But our armed forces will decisively overcome these disloyal elements.\u201d
\nHighlighting the military\u2019s commitment, General Munir vowed, \u201cWe will track down and eliminate anti-state elements. The welfare and security of the people of Balochistan remain our top priority.\u201d
\nThe ISPR also noted that the Army Chief appreciated the steadfast resolve of the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps, and other law enforcement agencies in maintaining peace and stability in the region.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
