\nTottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich have reached a verbal agreement on a \u00a350 million transfer for Mathys Tel, according to Sky Germany.
\nHowever, the French forward has yet to make a final decision on whether to accept Spurs\u2019 offer, as he remains undecided between a permanent move or a loan deal.
\nTel, 19, has previously expressed a strong desire to break into Bayern Munich\u2019s first team, and his future remains uncertain despite the agreement between the clubs.
\nTottenham are offering the young attacker more regular game time, hoping to convince him to make the switch to North London. Spurs are not the only club pursuing Tel. Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli, managed by German coach Matthias Jaissle, have shown strong interest. Chelsea, Aston Villa, and Manchester United are also monitoring the situation closely.
\nIf the move goes through, Tel would become Bayern Munich\u2019s most expensive sale in club history. His former club, Stade Rennais, are set to benefit from a sell-on clause, reportedly receiving 10\u201315% of the transfer fee.

\nTel has 16 goals in 83 appearances for Bayern across his last three seasons with the German club. However, he\u2019s yet to score this season with limited playing minutes, influencing his decision to leave.
\nWhile Bayern and Tottenham have settled on a fee, the final decision now rests with Tel, with multiple clubs still in the race for his signature.
