\nHe addressed commuters\u2019 concerns through live calls, directing officers to resolve issues promptly and extended New Year greetings, emphasizing to start the New Year with prayers and positive intentions.
\nIG highlighted the NHMP\u2019s commitment to providing timely assistance and ensuring safe travel, stressing zero tolerance for compromising commuter\u2019s safety. He stated that leading the NHMP is as an honor for me. He emphasized that serving humanity for Allah\u2019s pleasure is the essence of worship. During the e-Kacheri, IG appreciated the suggestions from listeners and takes them as fruit for thought for the betterment.
\nHe credited effective policing and officers\u2019 efforts for reducing accidents and urged the public to follow traffic rules. The IG emphasized strict implementation of axle load control, advising transporters against overloading vehicles, and outlined steps to modernize road safety education.
