Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government spokesperson Barrister Saif has strongly criticized the recent constitutional amendment proposed by the federal government, stating it is an attempt to suppress PTI and its leadership.
\nHe asserted that protests will continue until the release of all political prisoners.
\nBarrister Saif condemned the Pakistan People\u2019s Party (PPP), accusing it of abandoning Bhutto\u2019s democratic ideals by aligning with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
\n\u201cThe blind rulers are causing harm to the country, and the people of Pakistan are protesting against the unjust imprisonment of their leader,\u201d he said, adding that these actions could not hinder the people\u2019s will.
\nHe further alleged that the current government is undermining the independence of the judiciary and putting immense pressure on Parliament to pass constitutional amendments.
