Federal Minister for SAFRON and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan Affairs Engineer Amir Muqam on Wednesday said that his party believe and follow law and rules under the constitution. He said this while addressin the swearing-in ceremony of the Matta Bar Council Association in Swat.
\nParty leaders, district officials, and members of the legal fraternity also attended in large numbers.
\nAmir Muqam emphasized the need for lawyers to work towards upholding the supremacy of law and the constitution, rather than being swayed by individual interests.
\nHe reiterated the government\u2019s commitment to upholding the independence of the judiciary and urged the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to prioritize the issues of the province\u2019s people over personal agendas.
\nMuqam urged the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to focus on improving the lives of the province\u2019s people rather than engaging in power struggles in Islamabad. He expressed confidence in the strength of the central government and assured that over the next five years, Pakistan would gain control over its issues.
\nMuqam highlighted the importance of collaboration between institutions and governments solely for the resolution of Pakistan\u2019s issues.
\nHe praised Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his tireless efforts day and night.
\nMinister Amir Muqam commended Army Chief General Asim Munir\u2019s role in attracting investment from around the world for the first time in Pakistan.
\nHe stated that he had always served the nation impartially, regardless of the electoral mandate.
\nMuqam emphasized that he stood with the nation in every difficulty, whether it be floods, earthquakes, or terrorism.
