\nRudy Giuliani has raged at Judge Scott McAfee who has ruled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can prosecute the former NY mayor, ex-president Donald Trump, and others in the Georgia election interference case.

\nGiuliani and Trump were among the 18 people who were indicted in a case pertaining to breaking the law to overturn President Joe Biden\u2019s victory in Georgia in the 2020 elections.
\nThe Georgia judge overseeing Trump\u2019s trial on charges of trying to overturn his election defeat said that lead prosecutor Fani Willis can remain on the case, but a deputy with whom she had a personal relationship stepped down in keeping with the judge\u2019s order.
\nJudge McAfee\u2019s ruling was a blow to the Republican former US president, who seeks to unseat Democratic President Joe Biden in a November 5 election.
