{"id":61114,"date":"2024-02-24T00:28:51","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T19:28:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nabanews.pk\/en\/?p=61114"},"modified":"2024-02-24T00:33:37","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T19:33:37","slug":"kartarpur-corridor-a-message-of-peace-to-world-president","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nabanews.pk\/en\/kartarpur-corridor-a-message-of-peace-to-world-president\/","title":{"rendered":"Kartarpur corridor a message of peace to world, President"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD<br \/>\nPresident Dr Arif Alvi on Friday said the Kartapur Corridor was a symbol of peace and Pakistan always welcomed Sikh Yatrees to visit their sacred places extending them all possible facilities.<br \/>\nDuring his visit to Kartarpur Corridor in Narowal, the president said that Pakistan, through the corridor had sent a message to the world, expressing its desire for peace.<br \/>\nHe said such more steps of inter-religion harmony would promote peace and stability in the region.<br \/>\n\u201cSikhism has always taught peace and unity, bringing people together\u201d, President Alvi said adding that Pakistan\u2019s initiatives for the convenience of Sikh pilgrims were commendable.<br \/>\nOn the occasion, Chief Executive Officer of the Project Management Unit briefed the president on the measures taken to facilitate Sikh pilgrims in Kartarpur Sahib.<br \/>\nPresident Alvi was informed about the Sikh religion and the history of Kartarpur Sahib.<br \/>\nLater, he visited various places in Kartarpur Sahib and appreciated the arrangements made for pilgrims.
