Justice Ali Baqar Najafi of LHC took up for hearing petition filed by Ishtiaq Chaudhry candidate from NA-130 against success of Nawaz Sharif Tuesday.<br \/>\nThe petitioner took the plea during the hearing of the case that Nawaz Sharif was declared successful in NA-130 through rigging allegedly. He was candidate from this constituency. 14 candidates got zero votes.<br \/>\nThe court inquired if he filed application with Returning officer.<br \/>\nThe petitioner requested the court to consider his petition as application.
