Khuzdar: Former foreign minister and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, addressed a fervent crowd in Khuzdar on Thursday, asserting himself as the key to resolving the issue of missing persons in Balochistan. Bilawal claimed that no other federal politician empathises with the pain and suffering of the region\u2019s people like he does.
\nDuring the public meeting, Bilawal emphasised the PPP\u2019s commitment to fighting for the rights of the people of Balochistan, stressing that the party does not bow down to external pressures. \u201cYes, people know that PPP is the only party that does not bow before anyone\u2026 we are ready to fight all forces but we cannot compromise on people\u2019s rights,\u201d he declared.
\nBilawal further asserted that the PPP is uniquely positioned to address the challenges faced by Balochistan, claiming that if the 18th Amendment and NFC Awards introduced during the tenure of former president Asif Ali Zardari had been fully implemented, many of the ongoing conspiracies in Balochistan would have ceased.
\n\u201cOur party is once again on the target of terrorists,\u201d Bilawal acknowledged, addressing recent attacks in Mastung, Turbat, Bolan, and Khuzdar. Undeterred, he stated, \u201cPPP is a party of martyrs, of the righteous, which cannot bow down to any terrorist.\u201d
\nIn a symbolic reference to the PPP\u2019s electoral symbol, the \u2018arrow,\u2019 Bilawal promised a strong representation for Balochistan if elected. \u201cOn February 8, there will be a rain of arrows across Balochistan. If I reach the parliament, the people know that I will stand up as their voice. If I become the foreign minister, I will represent Balochistan all over the world,\u201d he affirmed.
\nHighlighting his commitment to housing initiatives, Bilawal drew parallels between the ongoing projects in Sindh and proposed plans for Balochistan. \u201cJust as I am building three million houses in Sindh and giving them to the deserving people, in the same way, I will build three million houses in Balochistan and give them to the people on ownership rights if voted into power,\u201d he promised.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
