Police don\u2019t improve despite fines . What we should do. Judiciary is bad which can not speak.<br \/>\nWe stop the salary of police officers but stopping the salary which is small makes no difference to them.<br \/>\nThe CJ LHC said now police will bring the plaintiff tomorrow through pressure and withdraw the case. Police pressurize the plaintiff but judiciary is called bad.<br \/>\nThe C J IHC remarked the matters are getting worse due to registration of FIR by police on computer. Police puts things of its own choice in FIR at computer.<br \/>\nSuch case in which the plaintiff withdraws the application looks good to police. Harassment of the plaintiff starts after coming out of the court.<br \/>\nThe case of Rs 20 lac dishonor cheque was registered against the accused Shahbaz.
