\nThe Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) organized a special Investors\u2019 Conference on Thursday, 22 October 2026, in honour of successful investors who participated in the recent auction. During the event, Acceptance Letters and Awards were distributed among the successful investors.
\nThe conference was attended by senior officials of FGEHA, members of the Auction Committee, and a large number of successful investors.
\nAt the outset, Director Administration Tanveer Haider Khokhar welcomed the participants. Addressing the gathering, the Chairman of the Auction Committee congratulated the successful investors and stated that FGEHA considers investors not merely as purchasers but as valued business partners.
\nHe emphasized that mutual trust, transparency, and cooperation between the Authority and investors are fundamental to the success of future projects.
\nHe further stated that the confidence reposed by investors in FGEHA\u2019s policies and procedures was a source of satisfaction for the Authority, which would continue to take all possible measures to strengthen this trust.
\nDirector General FGEHA, Capt. (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, also addressed the conference and congratulated all successful investors. He stated that the enthusiastic participation of investors in the recent auction and the confidence they had demonstrated reflected the growing recognition of FGEHA\u2019s transparent procedures and investor-friendly policies.
\nThe DG FGEHA remarked, \u201cYou are not merely investors for us; you are our business partners. You have chosen FGEHA by placing your trust in us, and through our performance and practical measures, we will demonstrate that your decision was the right one.\u201d
\nHe reiterated that providing maximum facilitation to investors and ensuring the prompt resolution of their legitimate concerns were among the Authority\u2019s key priorities.
\nIn this regard, he assured the participants that special facilitation would be extended to investors and that a designated focal officer or concerned officer would be assigned to each investor.
\nThis arrangement would enable investors to directly approach the relevant officer regarding any matter related to their investment, ensuring timely assistance and effective resolution of their issues.
\nCapt. (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal further stated that safeguarding investors\u2019 confidence remained one of the Authority\u2019s foremost priorities. FGEHA was committed to providing timely guidance, facilitation, and efficient services to investors. He added that the policies and payment procedures introduced by the Authority were aimed at ensuring greater convenience for investors, while further facilitation measures would continue to be introduced in the future.
\nThe participating investors expressed their confidence in FGEHA\u2019s policies and transparent procedures. They stated that they had preferred FGEHA over other institutions in view of its transparent mechanisms, investor-friendly policies, and facilitation-oriented approach. They expressed the hope that the Authority would continue to prioritize investors\u2019 interests and provide them with the required facilities in the future. The investors also appreciated the proposed measures for special facilitation and prompt resolution of their concerns, describing them as a positive step towards strengthening investor confidence.
\nA dedicated Question-and-Answer session was also held during the conference, providing investors with an opportunity to directly raise questions with the Director General FGEHA regarding their investments, payment procedures, and other related matters. The DG listened attentively to their queries and concerns and issued necessary directions to the concerned officers, assuring the participants of prompt resolution and effective follow-up of their issues.
\nThe investors expressed their appreciation to the Director General and FGEHA management for providing direct access to the senior management, addressing their queries, and taking immediate steps towards resolving their concerns.
\nAt the conclusion of the conference, Acceptance Letters and Awards were distributed among the successful investors, who were congratulated on their successful participation in the auction.
\nThe FGEHA management reaffirmed its commitment to further strengthening the principles of mutual trust, transparency, and cooperation with investors.
