That much is crystal clear,\u201d he added.<br \/>\n\u201cBut I\u2019ll say it again: the rules are the same for everyone.\u201d<br \/>\nThere were reports that Portuguese Prime Minister Luis Montenegro had even discussed the issue of Ronaldo\u2019s involvement with the coach on Wednesday.<br \/>\nJesus said earlier in the day that against Denmark he again intended to start AC Milan striker Goncalo Ramos, who scored the winner in Norway.<br \/>\nRegarding Ronaldo, he said: \u201cIf I need him, he\u2019ll come on.
