UN issues renewed call for restoration of desperately needed aid deliveries in Gaza

The UN humanitarian officials have issued renewed calls for a ceasefire as the only hope to avert further bloodshed and restore desperately needed aid deliveries.
The UN aid agencies have also warned with increasing urgency since Israeli tanks rolled into the Rafah border crossing that the humanitarian operation across the enclave has been crippled.
On other side, Israeli bombardments have martyred nineteen more Palestinians in northern and central Gaza.
At least 10 Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli air raid on the home of the Ashram family in the Sabra neighbourhood of Gaza City.
Nine Palestinians were also martyred including a young girl, when Israeli warplanes bombed the Al-Louh family’s home in the Deir el-Balah refugee camp.
At least 34,971 Palestinians have been martyred and 78,641 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7.
