Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released Forms 45, 46, 48 and 49 on its website.
ECP has released forms for all four provincial and national assembly constituencies on its website. The spokesperson of the Election Commission says that the Election Commission has issued the forms according to the constituencies.
